Make time for your hobbies and the things you love doing. If you enjoy doing it, then it matters, so set aside some time for it. Try to do something that makes you feel good, whether it be reading, writing, playing music instruments, or doing art. Taking slow and deep breaths help stress relief and can calm you down. Deep breathing is a method that enables more airflow into your body and helps calm your nerves. The 4-7-8 breathing technique is also known as a relaxing breath. It’s a breathing pattern involving breathing in 4 seconds, holding the breath for 7 seconds, and exhaling for 8 seconds.
